"I had a total left knee replacement last July. I started having therapy in August through December. They helped me a whole lot and by the 4th week of therapy my ROM was at 105 already! That's great! I continued till December and continued at home of stretching and walking. Last weekend I finally road my cruiser bike about 3 miles last weekend! I was so proud of myself. Thank you to Bob and all his staff for the sweat and tears that paid off! "

"What no 10 stars! That's what I would have surely given them. The nicest, caring, most professional PT in a few city's I can tell you. They are great. I've had 5 knee replacements and been to 6 other PT offices. Won't go to any other, ever. Love the family like crew!"

"I had a total knee replacement and came to Bacci & Glinn two days post-op with a walker. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. The office girls were great. The physical therapy staff were outstanding. Lorenzo and Tyler are amazing. A few short weeks later it was almost sad to no longer need their services and I was walking better than before my surgery. Bacci and Glinn is the best!"

"I love this place!! We started going here a year ago. My son is Autistic, has moderate intellectual disability, speech and language delay, and adhd....they are awesome with him! I love this environment here, it's always so warm and welcoming. Smiles and laughter everytime I'm in there. I totally recommend this place to anyone who needs PT."

"I would recommend Bacci and Glinn PT to anyone who needs caring, effective physical therapy. Everyone, from the receptionists to the owner are wonderful, caring people. When I started there, I was using a walker. By the time I was dismissed, I was able to climb the stairs at my gym, and to run outdoors around my block. Every one of the therapists and assistants is competent and caring. I love Bacci and Glinn Physical Therapy!"

"Dr Robert Bacci and entire staff are great! They are on top of the most current and innovative ways to help treat clients. They also have a great phone app. for your at home exercises. Almost two years ago I had a surgery that has completed altered my balance and mobility along with sciatic nerve issues and rotator cuff tears. Bacci and Glinn Physical Therapy Hanford is addressing all of these issues. I have seen real progress in such short amount of time I been going there and experiencing less pain less frequently.The place is always clean and sanitized. I would highly recommend seeing them for all your Physical Therapy needs. They also give out great chocolate’s sometimes :)"

"I have had to use Bacci & Gunn physical therapy Several different times throughout my life now. One was when I had lockjaw yes couldn’t move my jaw at all hard to eat the whole bit. But with physical therapy at Bacci & Gunn I could eat anything again. My recent visit’s 12x2 so total of 24 sessions. I am going to miss everyone who works there. "I was referred to Bacci & Glinn after I hurt my neck (I was rear-ended in a car accident). Everyone from the receptionists to the physical therapists were so wonderful! They showed me compassion and care and at the end of our six-week program, I felt back to my normal self. I highly recommend this group! "After years and years of trying different PT locations and PT's in all the places I've lived, I FINALLY found the one that is best for me! The whole staff is friendly, inviting and really make you feel welcome. Amie Sorensen is literally the BEST PT I've EVER had. She's sweet, helpful and I feel at ease with her. "First time visit here. Staff very friendly and welcoming. An important thing to know is they are on the right side of the In Shape Building. I accidently went to the wrong office that is inside the building of the old blockbuster. I don't know if I look like I sell Mary Kay or Herbalife because the receptionist there looked very inconvenienced when I arrived. That building smelled like arm pit and was relieved I had made a mistake. When I arrived at Bacci it was like a blast of fresh air, that and combined with the sweet front office staff was a relief for sure. Looking forward to coming in with my mom so she can re gain mobility with the help of the very knowledgeable Physical Therapist's there."

"A year ago I fell and broke my hip . Since then I have been unable to walk alone. I have been to two or three other places but this place has really helped me and I am beginning to learn to walk alone again. Everyone is professional and so helpful. I recommend my friends to come here. Robert caught something that everyone else missed and I now have a lift in my shoe that helps me tremendously."

"My 23 year old son was injured in an auto accident in January and broke his right femur. Upon discharge, we were referred to Bacci & Glinn Physical Therapy by staff at the hospital. Immediately after they received the referral they called him and scheduled an evaluation within 3 days. At the first appointment all staff were friendly and courteous. He was seen in a timely manner. They scheduled his plan of care (all appointments) approved for the next several weeks. You receive a text reminder the day before the appointment so you don’t forget. They also work around your schedule if you need it. Important to be sure to complete the intake forms with as much information possible to help the therapist provide the best treatment. I will highly recommend to all who need physical therapy."

"I usually do not do reviews but with Dr. Robert Bacci and his team. I felt it would be an injustice if I did not let the general public know how wonderful they have been. On January 4th, I stood on an office chair with wheels, like an idiot, to hang up a picture in our kitchen. That split decision turned out to be my worst nightmare. I ended up breaking my wrist in four places, cracking my arm lower and upper, and completely shattering my shoulder. After two surgeries I had no idea what to expect when it came to physical therapy and my healing. I walked into Bacci & Glinn physical therapy and all my fears dissipated. From the minute I walked in until even up to today, they have soothed my contents and greatest fears. Dr. Robert Bacci bedside manners as well as his kindness and compassion towards humanity has made every visit worth the while. There are days that emotionally, spiritually and physically I have no energy, "the get up to go" is almost non-existent. Doctor Bacci not only It's helping me physically but it's kindness has helped me mentally. "I was very pleased with physical therapy treatments provided at Bacci & Glinn. The front office staff was pleasant and helpful on every visit. The therapy clinicians are attentive and involved. They continually evaluate both your progress and comfort, modifying the exercises as needed. Dr Bacci is very personable. At the onset of treatment, he offered all the time needed to assess my injury. The Doctor described the nature of my injury and the prescribed therapy program in an easily understood manner. Dr Bacci checked on my condition and advancement regularly. At the conclusion of the treatment, Dr Bacci offered a thorough explanation of my progress and the potential advantages of future treatment options. But the most important aspect of any physical therapy is the results. At the conclusion of my program, there was a significant improvement in my condition. There was a marked reduction in my discomfort and a measurable increase in my range of motion. I rate that as successful! I don’t think I could have found more effective physical therapy providers, nor found them in such a professional and pleasant environment. If you are in need of physical therapy, Bacci & Glinn is an excellent choice."

"This place is great! I went in for therapy on my neck. I had a herniated disc and needed my neck straightened. All the therapists knew what they were doing and had me complete excersizes that would target the issues I was having. The front desk was great and had no issues with payments or scheduling days that worked with my schedule. Every employee was friendly and made sure the customers felt comfortable during their visit. I would definitely go back again if needed."

"I went there during my third trimester for severe left sciatic pain. My therapist Ann Miller is AWESOME. She figured out the problem, misaligned hips, and she would realign it every session. She helped me tremendously. Let’s just say that I stopped crying of pain and I was walking again. The whole office staff are very nice, friendly, willing to help and very professional. Very highly recommended"

"I've been receiving physical therapy at Bacci & Glinn for the last few years at there Hanford and now at there Visalia offices. I'd recommend to folks requiring physical therapy to visit there place and give them a try. All I know is that the pain in my knees seem to minimize with the treatments I receive at Bacci & Glinn. Just thought I'd mention that they do have what looks like some of the latest technology which helps a lot during therapy."

"Think of you often as I am daily doing the Total Motion exercises you showed me and they definitely help. Also, I wanted to thank you for recommending Casper mattresses to me. Government stimulus checks allowed us to get their split king and we are loving it. "I am currently doing physical therapy for right hip osteoarthritis pain. The therapist and therapy techs are very knowledgeable of the anatomy and pathophysiology of the human anatomy. The stretches and exercises are designed to increase strength and range of motion. The staff is very courteous, and they send reminders of your appointments by email or text. You will be very happy with your therapy experience!"

"I had the good fortune of working with the experienced and seasoned Ms. Ann Miller, after having undergone shoulder surgery. With covid-19, we worked together via telemedicine, and despite not having the benefit of manual therapy, in only a few short weeks, my ”reach” / range improved by nearly two feet. In addition to being well credentialed with twenty years experience, Ms. Miller could not have been nicer to work with nor offering more information; it’s incredibly helpful to know why you’re doing a particular exercise, what part of the shoulder you working, or why you’re feeling pain or weakness or limitation. When you’ve been injured and have had surgery, and when you’ve never been here before - you have a lot of questions and concerns. Bacci and Glinn are above the rest in service, accountability, professionalism, CARE, well educated, experienced physical therapists and in genuine, kind connectivity â€" even billing/insurance was absolutely seamless. When you’ve been injured, when you’ve undergone a serious, major surgery, you need to work with people who understand and appreciate this, and deliver on all levels â€" Bacci and Glinn do, 1000%. "The Bacci & Glinn team of experts has changed my life since I started treatments for hip and knee issues. Now I walk 5 miles every morning, I am currently doing physical therapy on live video two days a week, I'm learning Tai Chi twice a week and gardening. I never thought I'd see this day because doctors told me that due to the spinal injuries from 26 yrs ago I would be paralyzed by now. "

"Fantastic facility and staff! In the past, PT has been a part of recovery that I was not fond of. That is not the case with Bacci & Glinn. Friendly faces and knowledgeable staff that truly care about each individual recovery. I no longer dread my PT appointments. I watch them work with young children through senior citizens. "Dear Dr Bacci and Staff, Thank you for hosting the shoulder and rotator cuff workshop, I recently attended. Very informative. I attended for several reasons and was not disappointed by the results. My rotator cuff pain is minimal and it doesn’t need a medical degree to realize I could personally benefit from better posture, a more active lifestyle, and a job that does not spend so much on laptop time. I was encouraged to work on all these things. My husband’s rotator cuff issue is a bit more intense and at some point he will likely be your post-surgery patient. Until necessary, he’s postponing and manages by avoiding repetitive activities that aggravate his shoulder. I loved that nutrition and reducing inflammation is part of your recommended approach. I’ve eaten ‘Plant Paradox’ style since Nov 2018 and can attest to the results - good stuff! My top reason for attending was to research physical therapists who are ‘In Network’ for my insurance. My youngest daughter had a sports-related injury last year that resulted in our family’s first experience with physical therapy. Her results were positive but we learned an expensive lesson on ‘in’ and ‘out’ network services. I’m grateful to have found your service and look forward to interacting with your office more in the future. "The workshop was very informative. Even with my hearings in use, in large groups I sometimes have a problem hearing. Bob’s use of a microphone for his discussion really helped. His pace and worksheets made the presentation easy to follow. The presentation was well thought out, the handouts very helpful, and the staggered seating made it easier to see his hand drawn illustrations. Bob also have some helpful exercise suggestions. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything or pay for a particular physical therapy treatment. I would recommend this workshop to anyone which shoulder/rotator cuff problems."

"Back in 2011, I had a bad car accident, where I broke several bones, the harness of the safety belt saved my life. But upon impact it cut all my intestines in half. I was in a wheelchair, then walker. When I was able to come home from an excellent rehabilitation center in Fresno, I lived with my sister & brother-in-law for awhile. I then was referred to Bacci & Glinn, where they were fabulous working with me, getting me back to doing more movement in my arms & legs. The staff there was the most friendly & knowledgeable in everything they put me through, which wasn't easy. Now I'm almost 100%. I do almost everything I used to be able to do. I think the most memorable experience I had there was the way they worked with me, even having to wear an Ostomy Bag for (3) years. I was able to accomplish the exercises and now no longer wear the Ostomy Bag. Thank God. I count my Blessings, and all the work from wonderful people like these, that brought me back to being physically & mentally strong again. Thank you Bacci & Glinn staff, you helped me so much when I was at my lowest point in life. You're all Angels."

"I was referred here at Bacci & Glinn by my doctor for middle back pain that I have had for over two years. The pain lives at 1-3 but when it flares up it is so decapitating that the pain is 8-9 with each breath. My first visit was with Chad and it opened my eyes to what good therapy can do to help anyone with body problems that result in pain. There were warm-up exercises then manual therapy then a session with the laser. I was truly amazed that I left that day no back pain. Of course, after years of my body with this condition, the pain returned after a day but it was very slight. During further therapy sessions, the staff educated me on how to reduce the pain outside of sessions. The staff, to name the ones I came into contact with, Jeff, Janine, Reta, Itzel, and Brian are true professionals, knowledgeable in their craft with a pleasant, caring bed-side manner. My doctor decided the next step would be physical therapy. Right away I felt welcomed by the staff! "More than 100 stars. I live in Tulare, and had treatment after my fourth stroke in Tulare and it is no comparison in treatment. The staff was wonderful, the treatment also helped my mental health. "I recently started Laser therapy at Bacci & Glinn because I'm in a lot of pain with bone on bone and spurs in both knees and the right knee with severe osteoarthritis. I have been dealing with this condition for 15 to 17 years.Due to the pain and inflammation I was missing work, barely able to walk and had to with a walker almost unable to care for myselfcook meals shower etc.. and a lot of time in bed and feeling down. "It is with great joy and excitement that I am finally able to reach behind my neck after 6-years of physical therapy following two shoulder rotator cuff surgeries resulting from a car accident. With both shoulders being frozen for 2-3 years each, my frustration was that I could no longer perform as a musician. Consequently, a second accident happened five-months ago with a large steel door slamming me to the ground. Of course, the door hit my right shoulder and I lost all the movement that had been almost regained through years of hard work, exercise and therapy. Being sent to Bacci & Glinn for treatment has been a blessing for with the ability to be seen by multiple physical therapists with each appointment, every therapist has a different background of expertise and specialized technique. In my opinion, this enhances the variety of techniques that gives a broader scope for recovery. Learning is a two-way street, and not only have these professionals given excellent care, I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge that I bring home after every visit. With dedication and daily exercise, I know I'm getting better with every session. The pain is there in the beginning of our time together, but by the time of departure, there is zero pain. Obviously, it is working for I'm now able to function better than ever before and I'm most grateful and appreciative of their expertise for my health and wellness. My regret is that this site limits me to a score of only five-stars. How I wish I could give them ten-stars, for that is what they deserve with their medical training, outgoing personalities that only provide the best of care. "This place is incredible! I have been struggling with intense neuropathy pain due to type 1 diabetes for 3 years now, which has really decreased my quality of life. I live in Los Angeles, and couldn't find an affordable course of laser or infra-red treatments down there, so decided to try it in my hometown at Bacci and Glinn. They were extremely knowlegable, friendly, and caring. Within a couple sessions, I was feeling less pain and increased mobility. My feet have started to heal themselves, and I am certain I will be able to get back to the activities I used to enjoy like dance classes and long walks. I can't thank them enough!"

This is the place to go when you are ready to “fix” your issues not just mask them w meds. "My first appt I was in some pain like a 6 out of 10. I had knee (minicus) surgery. I was limping and I couldn’t stand for very long let alone squat or climb a flight of stairs. After every appt I felt a lil better. I ended up having 22 therapy sessions out of the 24 I was slated for. Today I walk out THANKING the entire staff. Before coming to physical therapy I had really bad dizzy spells where I couldn't stand too long, couldn't take showers, go shopping, or go out to dinner. "***update*** finally was able to get the receptionist today and made my daughter her much needed 1st PT appointment.... Apparently the referral they had received on Monday (yup the Huron Clinic was totally at fault smh). But the referral that was faxed over says its from June of this year!!! But yet they're just now receiving it??? Shame on whoever is lying at this point the important thing is obviously my daughter getting the treatment she deserves and needs How does this place stay in business?? I have been trying to book my daughter an appointment because her Dr referred us to this PT but either they never answer their phone?? Or this one time was able to get someone on the phone finally and the girl had no clue what I was talking about!! Smh she said she had no referral at all. Then why did they tell my daughters Dr that I was the one they couldn't get a hold of... I'm hoping to just get referred elsewhere at this point tbh."

"When I started Physical Therapy I could not stand on my right leg, I couldn’t bend to touch my toes and I was in extreme pain that shot down my right leg due to sciatic pain. I was in such pain that I was taking pain killers daily to deal with my pain. I was very sceptical in the beginning that Doctor Bacci could fix me. I was ready to go schedule back surgery due to the pain I was in. Doctor Bacci assured me that we could fix this issue. After 6 Physical Therapy sessions along with 6 Deep Tissue Laser Therapy sessions I feel great like I did before my back pain. Now I am back to how I felt before my back pain going to the gym everyday, doing day to day activities without any pain, and able to walk without being in pain. I have not had to take a pain killer since I first started physical therapy. I can not say enough about Doctor Bacci, his staff and Deep Tissue Therapy. I am so glad someone referred me to Doctor Bacci. I recommend anyone who has back pain to come see Doctor Bacci before gambling with being cut open for back surgery. "I have been going to B&G for over a month, for foot pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis along with Idiopathic Neuropathy in both feet. I have been on many different pain pills and needed to find a better way of dealing with the pain. I did not really think that Physical Therapy was the way to go, but I was wrong. The Therapists at B&G have me on a routine that is helping me work out the damage in my feet from the Plantar Fasciitis. Which in turn is allowing me to cut back on the opiates (Nucynta 5x75mg) that I take every day. This routine is also reducing the Neuropathy damage that I have. I take Gabapentin (5x600mg) for that pain. I also have Sciatica on my left side. I attended a workshop put on by Robert Bacci. He gives a great presentation. He is the kind of speaker that makes it simple to understand what Sciatica is. He then offers you a free evaluation to see what you need to do to alleviate your Sciatica. I can't wait to see what he can do for that pain. I am even thinking of having some Laser treatments done. If the Physical Therapy continues like it has I am looking at being pain free and no longer taking any form of opiates in the future. "I got here because of a free workshop on back and sciatica pain. Liked what I heard. 4 visits now. Before coming in pain on pain meds was 8/10 most of the time. Today came in at 4/10, left at 2/10. "I went to Bacci and Glinn with a shoulder injury that severely limited my range of motion. I had difficulty putting on a seat belt or reaching above my head. I was surprised how rapidly a few simple exercises reduced my pain and increased my range of motion. In addition to the exercises, I also had 6 laser treatments which I am sure account for my nearly full recovery. Dr. Bacci has a zealous interest in healing. "I have had lower back problems (bulging discs) for the last 3 years,1 of which I received treatment from a Chiropractor in the Central Valley. My pelvic area was realigned to the spine but the pain persisisted. After visiting a Neurologist in Fresno, and an MRI,I was referred to Bacci & Glinn for 8 treatments. I must say the staff was very professional, courteous, and sympathetic to my condition. The physical exercises seemed difficult at first but I adapted quite well and made them part of my exercise program and lifestyle. Between my Neurologist, Bacci & Glinn, I now have a plethora of 26 exercises, but I practice 7 essential exercises twice a day. When the exercises are performed I have NO PAIN all day. A very acceptable treatment outcome for me and no surgery! Thank you Bacci, Glinn, Caitlin, Emily, Ann, Sefani,Chai, and other staff members who helped me in great measure. "This place is amazing. I'm so thankful that I found that I have found them. I thought pain was a normal daily occurrence in life as you get older. I didn't even hurt myself and had sciatica going down both legs for months. All the doctors couldn't figure out what was going on and I was finally referred to physical therapy. Doc took one look at me and reassured me that I was not in fact broken and that he could help. Oh the relief!!! There is no quality of life when you live with that amount of pain for so long. "After a catastrophic sickness resulting in two spinal surgeries I was unable to do more than creep along with a walker. Even standing upright was a challenge. So my oncologist recommended physical therapy. Having been treated previously for rehab on my knee after surgery I knew exactly where to go: Bacci & Glinn. They are knowledgeable, they listen to their patients and above all do not force any exercise or treatment on their patients. I was allowed to move forward in my recovery at my own pace and I was encouraged to take charge of my physical improvements. They are the reason I am able to walk and drive a car once again. "I recently had surgery for extensive tears to the meniscus of my left knee. Results from the surgery were significant pain and stiffness of both the knee and leg, severely limiting my mobility. "I had brain surgery four years ago and have since then gone to 2 other physical therapy clinics. I was blessed to get my therapy done here. My granddaughter was sent here from Valley children hospital for a softball accident on her hand. So, at the front reception, I asked if I could be seen here and talked to Bob who welcomed me with positive feelings. Scheduled 12 appointment sessions. I couldn't believe within a couple of weeks how I felt. I'd been in pain for 4 years and I finally felt like myself again without shoulder pain. My neck muscle was building strength, my muscle under my head was stronger, and my posture was better. The pain was released and I was amazed - I felt the best in years since the surgery. I thank Bob, his team, and the front office...all very nice. If I or anyone else need more therapy I would tell them this is the place to go 100%."

"Dont have much experience with physical therapy. From my experience here it shows they are very caring and have the patients recovery in mind. This an active center for therapy. If they cannot help with your issues they know where to refer you for help. They dont question your pains and complaints when you have them. Seem to try to be as thorough as possible when it comes to proper exercise and technique. I would definetely recommend this to anyone who "really wants" to recover from work injury. Its the real deal."

"The staff at Bacci & Glinn Physical Therpay is knowledgeable, postive, helpful, and listens.They are not only patient and attentive while they teach me to do my exercies, but staff took extra steps to teach me how to wash dishes or unload the wash machine in a new better way. For years I have struggled with back pain and discompfort to the need that most everything I did or do is modified to decrease pain. During my physical therapy assessment Emily suggested we not only strenghten my back but we also strenghten my core to stop the frequent re-injury of my back. Right away I noticed I was standing up straighter, stopped sitting in what we call postion of compfort. I now sit normal for short periods of time. I remember as far back as summer of 2014 sitting was miserable! This weekend I was able to sit for about 80 minutes while my car was being worked on. Even then I did not stand up secondary to back discompfort. I was also able to sit through a two hour movie and only needed to stretch once, I had no discomptfort or pain. To sum it all up, staff is every knowledgeable, helpful, and actully listens to what you have to say. They really want you to get better and have a better quality of life! To the staff at Bacci & Glinn Physical Therapy THANK YOU VERY MUCH!"
